Student Device Program

Year 7 Device Program 2024

As you are aware, a condition of enrolment at Thomas Carr College is all students must participate in the College’s device program. In 2024 the College will continue to supply devices for students in Year 7, and parents/caregivers will be charged three equal instalments as part of the annual school fees, and at the end of Year 9, ownership of this device will revert to the students.

This approach to digital devices supports our robust learning and teaching program by ensuring equal access to technology in terms of the quality and reliability of the device. We are also reducing the upfront cost to families by spreading the initial cost over three instalments, which we know is important in the current financial environment.

If, in the meantime, you have any questions related to this matter, please email your query to registrar@thomascarr.vic.edu.au, contact Michelle Cox, or contact on 8734 2444.
