Communications and Parent Permissions
Consent2Go is our new integrated system to manage student health information, emergency contacts, and parent permissions for College activities (events, sports, advertising, etc.). It is an automated system that enables the College to easily keep track, follow up, and remind parents of the activities that their children are required to attend.
It is a condition of enrolment that all parents/carers download and use the Consent2Go app. Every student at Thomas Carr College must be signed up prior to their first day of attendance at the College.

Student Absence
It is a condition of enrolment that parents/carers inform the College of a student absence in the event of sickness or other type of absence before 8.30am, on the day of the absence. Please call the absence line on 8734 2400 to leave a message; please note the absence line operates 24 hours a day.
Parents/carers can also email studentreception@thomascarr.vic.edu.au to report a student absence.
Please notify the College in writing at studentreception@thomascarr.vic.edu.au of any overseas trips or other extended absences well in advance.
