College Production 2023: Into the Woods

Our students and staff are very excited to be performing on the 24, 25 and 26 August in our wonderful Theatre in the Performing Arts Centre.  We look forward to what promises to be a wonderful display of talent, creativity and collaboration!

A limited number of tickets are still available to see the performances. We encourage you to come along and support our students.

Subject Selection, Headstart 2024 & Booklists

The Subject Selection process for 2024 has now completed. Once the timetable has been constructed, students who will be entering into Years 10, 11 and 12 will receive confirmation of the subjects they will have in 2024 in the first week of Term 4, the Advent Term.

In order to best prepare for the start of 2024, this year our Headstart Program for our current Years 7-11 will be a two-week program from Tuesday 21 November to Tuesday 5 December 2023. As the classes for 2024 will be well underway, Senior School students can expect substantial homework to be set in readiness for the first Assessment Task to take place in weeks 3 or 4 of Term One next year. This means that students will not be able to request any subject changes in February 2024.

To ensure that students in the Senior School can utilise this time effectively, we have organised for the booklist orders to be delivered for students in the Senior School (Year 10-12) by Monday 20 November. Information will be sent to families at the end of September with detailed information regarding placing orders from our supplier, Campion.

Students in the Middle School will not be required to have their new texts and resources until the start of the 2024 Academic year.

Homework Policy

The updated Homework Policy has been launched this week. The College Captains and SRC members have had some input into this policy and they will be launching it in their classes next week.
