Official Opening and Solemn Blessing of the Good Samaritan Campus

On Sunday 3 August Bishop Paul Bird Bishop of Ballarat performed the Official Opening and Solemn Blessing of the Thomas Carr College Good Samaritan Campus at Coragulac. Staff from Thomas Carr College, along with the local community attended Mass at St. Brendan's Church Coragulac at 2.00pm and then proceeded to the  Good Samaritan Convent now the Good Samaritan Campus next door,  for the Official Opening and Solemn Blessing by Bishop Bird.  The plaque was unveiled by Ms Lucy Darcy, Parish of Cororooke Co-ordinator. Afternoon tea was served and everyone had the opportunity to tour the renovated building. The convent has been transformed into a vibrant Country Campus for our Year 9 students.
