The co-curricular programs at our College are constantly growing and we believe that this is vital for the overall development of our young people. Thomas Carr College joined the Association of Co-educational Schools (ACS) competition in 2003 and now competes with the following Member schools:
- Eltham College of Education, Eltham
- Loyola College, Watsonia
- Overnewton Anglican Community College, Keilor
- St.Leonard's College, Brighton
- St.Michael's Grammar School, St Kilda
- Westbourne Grammar School, Truganina
The ACS caters for a wide range of co-curricular interests including:
- Weekly Sport
- Major Sporting Carnivals (Swimming, Athletics, and Cross Country)
- Chess Tournaments
- Public Speaking Competitions

2006 will see the launch of an exciting Thomas Carr School Colours program. The aim of this initiative is to promote and encourage student involvement in many areas of the College. Students can gain significant points towards their School Colours by being involved in co-curricular activities.
